Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of all company assets
• Lead technical teams and ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Implement maintenance KPIs and ensure minimal equipment downtime
• Manage vendors and procurement of parts and services
• Keep detailed maintenance logs and asset history
• Coordinate movement of personnel, tools, and equipment
• Supervise fleet and transport operations for maximum efficiency
• Monitor inventory and oversee warehouse logistics
• Ensure full regulatory compliance (permits, insurance, licenses)

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years experience in logistics/maintenance in oil & gas or industrial sector
• Strong leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills
• HSE-conscious with solid understanding of compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
