Logistics Analyst & Raw Material Controller at BOGO Beverages

Logistics Analysis:

• Analyse and interpret logistics data using statistical analysis tools.
• 2Track the flow of goods through various distribution channels to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize tracking resources available to monitor the status of shipments.
• Regularly update management and other stakeholders on the status of shipments, potential delays, and resolutions.
• Ensure that all shipments comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining appropriate documentation.
• Analyse data related to shipping times, costs, and efficiencies to identify areas for improvement.
• Promptly respond to any distribution or shipping issues, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Oversee the condition and quality of goods in transit, ensuring they meet all quality standards.
• Provide tracking information to Telesales/Sales teams and help address customer inquiries related to shipments.
• Create and present regular reports to management detailing logistics performance, key metrics, and opportunities for improvement.

Raw Materials Control:

• Coordinating the reception of raw materials and packaging, ensuring timely availability for production.
• Inspecting and verifying the quality (in collaboration with the QC Manager) and quantity of raw materials against purchase orders and specifications.
