    Locum Doctor

    Role Definition

    • The Locum Doctor is responsible for providing temporary medical coverage, conducting patient consultations, performing medical procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

    Job Description

    • Conduct patient consultations and medical examinations.
    • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.
    • Prescribe medications and recommend treatment plans.
    • Perform medical procedures and interventions as necessary.
    • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
    • Provide guidance and supervision to support staff as needed.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

    • Successful completion of patient consultations.
    • Accurate and comprehensive medical records.
    • Effective collaboration with the healthcare team.
    • Timely and appropriate medical interventions.
    • Adherence to professional and ethical standards.

    Requirements

    • Medical Degree and current practicing license.
    • 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as a Medical Doctor.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a temporary position.
    • Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare settings.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
