Job Description

• Our client is in need of a loan supervisor to manage loan officers, audit loan records and go after customers that are not paying
• Work at Iyana Ipaja axis, report to the office twice in a week and when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related fields.
• 1-3 years experience in Banking loans or Microfinance.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, laws, and procedures.
• Proficiency in loan management software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues.
• High level of commitment and attention to detail.
