Our client, a global reputable Commercial Bank, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position

Job Summary

• Ensure timely recovery of delinquent loans, maintain portfolio quality, and enforce debt recovery procedures in line with regulatory and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned loan accounts and proactively follow up on repayments.
• Engage with defaulting customers and negotiate repayment terms.
• Prepare and file legal documentation for enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain accurate recovery records and update management on status.
• Collaborate with legal and credit risk teams to resolve complex cases.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, or Law.
• Minimum of 3 years in loan recovery, credit management or risk.
• Familiarity with recovery procedures, legal documentation, and negotiation.

Salary
According to Banking grade.
