Job Summary:

We're seeking a Loan Officers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and processing loan applications, conducting credit analysis, and managing loan portfolios. Strong analytical and communication skills are required to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures
• Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment to determine creditworthiness of applicants
• Manage loan portfolios, monitoring performance and identifying potential issues
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.SC in Business Administration, or related field
• ⁠25 years experience 
• Strong knowledge of lending principles, credit analysis, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
