    Loan Monitoring Officer

    Overview

    • We seek an accomplished finance professional with a sharp attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
    • The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong background in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory. 
    • Bring expertise in transaction execution, financial modelling, and market analysis, and effectively manage multiple client engagements with precision and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate repayment patterns and identify potential financial risks.
    • Propose strategic interventions for accounts exhibiting distress signals.
    • Work closely with risk teams to mitigate emerging concerns.
    • Ensure timely fulfillment of financial obligations by clients.
    • Follow up on outstanding balances and initiate recovery procedures.
    • Negotiate feasible repayment structures for clients facing financial challenges.
    • Generate detailed reports on account performance and risk exposure.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of financial agreements, modifications, and client interactions.
    • Support compliance efforts by preparing necessary regulatory reports.
    • Assess clients’ financial standing and repayment capacity through direct engagement.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to address high-risk accounts.
    • Provide guidance to clients on effective financial management for sustainable repayment.

    Requirements

    • A Degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Business.
    • 3-6 years experience in financial assessments, compliance reviews, or related areas.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
    • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices.
