    Loan Mobilizer

    Job Description

    • A Loan Mobilizer plays a crucial role in promoting and facilitating loan products to potential borrowers, ensuring the achievement of lending targets, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. The primary responsibility is to mobilize and facilitate the disbursement of loans to eligible individuals

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively identify and engage potential borrowers within the assigned target market or geographical area
    • Guide clients through the loan application process, explaining eligibility criteria, required documentation, and terms and conditions
    • Assist clients in completing loan application forms and ensure all necessary information is provided.
    • Facilitate the disbursement of approved loans to eligible clients in accordance with established procedures.
    • Ensure clients understand the terms of the loan agreement, including repayment schedules and interest rates
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with borrowers to encourage timely repayments and foster client loyalty.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan mobilization targets set by the organization.
    • Implement strategies to maximize loan uptake and market penetration.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, applications, and loan disbursements
    • Generate regular reports on loan mobilization activities and present findings to management

    Qualification and Experience

    • OND in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in sales or loan mobilization is compulsory
    • Familiarity with various loan products, interest rates, and repayment structures.
    • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with clients while ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding loan mobilization targets.
    • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs and concerns.
