Loan Manager at White Crust Limited

We are seeking an experienced loan manager who has a deep understanding of loan risk management and will be responsible for loan disbursement, ensuring 0% default, developing and implementing loan policies, procedures, and strategies that align with the company's overall goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the loan department and manage the lending operations of the company.
• Disburse loans and ensure 0% default rate.
• Develop and implement loan policies and procedures to ensure effective credit risk management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze loan applications and creditworthiness of clients to determine appropriate lending decisions.
• Monitor loan performance and adjust credit policies and strategies as needed.
• Manage a team of credit analysts and loan officers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and deliver loan reports and presentations to senior management and the board of directors.
• Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in credit regulations and make recommendations to senior management as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of banking experience in loan disbursement and management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Experience managing a team of credit analysts and loan officers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
