    Litigation Lawyer

    Job Description

    Mountain Top Attorneys & Solicitors is recruiting to fill the position of a Litigation Lawyer. 

    • Applicant must be experienced in Criminal and Civil Litigation.
    • Must be able to draft, file and conduct a matter in court without supervision.
    • Must be up to date in payment of his or her practising fee.
    • Must have been in constant law practice for at least 3 years.
    • Must be able to resume immediately if employed.
