About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies for EBA and its clients.
• Write and publish posts, articles, and thought leadership content aligned with each brand's voice and goals.
• Monitor page performance and track engagement metrics to inform content decisions.
• Engage with comments, relevant conversations, and community activity to grow organic reach.
• Collaborate with the content and communications teams to ensure LinkedIn output aligns with broader campaigns and messaging.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of how LinkedIn works — the algorithm, content formats, and what drives engagement.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to adapt tone across different brand voices.
• Interest in branding, PR, and positioning — you should understand why content is being created, not just what's being posted.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts or clients simultaneously and meet publishing schedules.
• Open to feedback and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving team.
