Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser.
• As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining attractive displays, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store layout.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Arrange and display merchandise to optimize visual appeal.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely product availability.
• Implement visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with sales staff to enhance product visibility and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the merchandising area.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and product recommendations.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of OND qualification.
• Sales Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
• Previous experience in merchandising or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
