    LGA Supervisor

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide overall supervision and performance management of ad hoc staff at the ward and community levels
    • Support coordination of state and LGA level activities
    • Map, engage and monitor community-based structures
    • Support facilitation of stakeholder engagement and data review meetings
    • Conduct capacity building workshops for ad hoc staff
    • Document learnings, troubleshoot minor challenges and report major issues for immediate action prepare and share periodic reports

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • National diploma or bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, statistics or related field
    • Previous experience coordinating enumeration and vaccination exercises
    • Strong coordination, leadership and reporting skills
    • Strong ability to communicate in English and Hausa
