Legal Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Legal and Regulatory
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and guidance on various matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
- Act as company Secretary
- Professional certification is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc in Law with 1 - 3 years of experience.
