Legal Officer at Hoganguards Limited

Responsibilities

• Maintains custody of legal documents to ensure copyright handling
• Provides a legal advice on the potential liability, in order to take necessary steps to control the comapny exposure.
• Provide pfrofessional, written and oral, legal advice to the executives and officers to reasonably comprehend legal issues.
• Manage the relationship between the Company, the Clients, Governmental bodies and ensure the full compliance with the relevant lawa, regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet short deadlines.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
