As a Legal Officer at Global-Placers, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to our operations within the oil, gas, and energy sectors.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal regulations and mitigating risks associated with our business activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal landscape in the energy sector and will be adept at handling complex legal matters.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities related to the oil, gas, and energy sectors.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal issues and provide solutions.
Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
Requirements
2 of experience in a legal role, with a minimum of 1years post call to bar.
Experience in the oil, gas, or energy sector is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices in the energy industry.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
