Legal Manager at Omacart

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
• Develop legal policies, compliance frameworks, and governance processes
• Monitor laws and regulations affecting e-commerce, logistics, employment, consumer protection, payments, privacy, and digital platforms
• Support regulatory engagements, licensing, government relations, and market expansion
• Identify and manage legal and operational risks
• Support disputes, customer claims, investigations, and legal escalations
• Build scalable contract workflows, legal templates, and compliance processes

Preferred Background:

• Experience in commercial law, corporate law, regulatory compliance, technology law, fintech, logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or startup environments.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, practical business judgment, and the ability to explain legal issues clearly are important for this role.
