Legal Executive

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Legal and Regulatory
Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice to the company regarding business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, labor negotiations, or contract negotiations
- Working with other attorneys in the firm to prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and subpoenas
- Drafting contracts, and other legal documents.
Qualifications & Requirements
- First Degree in Law
- 3years experience in Litigation
- Excellent communication skill
- Contract Drafting
