Job Responsibilities:

Manage governance-related matters, including board meetings, resolutions, and shareholder communications.

• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations, including filing annual returns, maintaining statutory records, and conducting board and shareholder meetings for operating companies and the parent company.
• Advise on regulatory developments and their impact on the company's business.
• Manage investor and stakeholder reporting relating to ESG matters and other periodic disclosures.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and address legal inquiries.
• Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and stakeholders (internal & external)
• Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations
• Guide management Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
• Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights and advise on IP strategy and protection.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and service contracts.
• Ensure that contracts align with the company's business objectives and mitigate legal risks.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration.
• Review and respond to claims and demands, and engage internally to resolve complaints
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize legal risks and liabilities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy, consumer protection, and antitrust laws. on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
• Respond, handle and manage other related task as assigned by your Line Manager or leadership member.
