Legal / Compliance Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal/Compliance Officer to manage the company’s legal matters and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The ideal candidate must have experience within a finance house and a good understanding of financial laws, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) with 2–3 years post-call experience, preferably in a financial institution
- Called to the Nigerian Bar (BL)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks
- Good understanding of regulatory bodies and reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
