Job Summary:

As our legal associate, you will ensure that our corporate practices align with regulatory requirements and governance standards while providing strategic legal guidance to foster growth and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international corporate governance standards.
• Assist in board management, including preparing resolutions, agendas, and minutes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
• A minimum of 6 years of post-call experience in corporate law and governance.
• Must reside on the Island.

Salary: 

N450,000 – N500,000
