    Legal and Trust Analyst

    Experience Level: 

    2-3 years post-call

    Role Summary:

    The Legal and Trust Analyst will provide legal and operational support in the administration of trust structures, ensuring compliance and efficient delivery of trustee services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in drafting and reviewing trust agreements, debentures, and other legal documents.
    • Support the creation and management of trust structures for corporate and individual clients.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations under SEC and other relevant bodies.
    • Conduct legal research on trust-related issues, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date trust records, ensuring proper documentation.
    • Support the monitoring of trust accounts and assets, ensuring adherence to fiduciary duties.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of trustee services.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of legal experience, preferably in trust management or a related field.
    • Good understanding of trust law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
    • Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
