Legal and Compliance Manager

- Job Field Legal & Regulatory
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the network's compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate issues.
- Develop and implement effective legal compliance programs.
- Monitor legal risk in documentation and advise accordingly.
- Ensure the network operations are conducted within the limits prescribed by law.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a BL / LLB / JD qualification with 5 - 10 years work experience.
