Applicants must be a holder of Ph. D. In relevant field with at least 2 years as lecturer II plus sufficient number (5 at least) of scholarly publications in reputable journals and 2 edited conference proceedings or:
A holder of Master degree who has been a lecturer II with at least 3 years University teaching experience and with at least 5 scholarly publications in reputable journals and 2 edited conference proceedings.
