    Lease Officer

    Description

    • Determine the needs of potential tenants
    • Maintain working knowledge of the property market
    • Ensure the property is well-maintained
    • Collect and organize important documents and payments
    • Portray the property and amenities in a positive fashion
    • Use a variety of methods to advertise rental properties

    Requirements
    The requirements include but not limited to:

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 3 years work experience.
    • Must be well grounded in lease
    • Must understand properties leasing
