Learning and Development Assistant

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Description
- Identify training needs for staff in collaboration with Managers
- Develop modules/contents and facilitate training
- Facilitate Onboarding Process
- Organize training for the team
- Co-ordinate Performance Management System
- Manage the learning and development calendar
- Implement L & D budget
- Maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
- Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms
- Ensure statutory compliance to Industrial Training Fund
Skills / Abilities
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP, HRIS and other related softwares.
Other Requirement:
- Female Preferable (for gender balance)
