Lean Growth Marketer

Responsibilities
- Build patient acquisition campaigns
- Run referral campaigns
- Grow WhatsApp channels
- Execute social campaigns
- Build grassroots outreach campaigns
- Improve onboarding conversion
- Create health education content
- Track CAC and growth metrics
- Test acquisition channels
- Support community partnerships
Requirements
Desired Experience:
- At least 3 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, community marketing, or startup growth roles
- Experience scaling consumer-facing products in:
  - Healthtech
  - Fintech
  - E-commerce
  - Telecom
  - Mobility
- Experience running low-budget/high-ROI campaigns
- Experience growing WhatsApp, social, and community channels
- Experience building campaigns for underserved or mass-market consumers is highly desirable
- Experience tracking:
  - CAC
  - Conversion funnels
  - Retention metrics
- Experience working in startups or high-growth companies preferred.
