Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of service engineering projects, from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.
Documentation: Prepare detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and comprehensive reports.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during projects to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Experience
Candidate must possess a minimum of 6-8 years post-graduation work experience with:
Minimum 4 years consulting background and MEP overview on high rise building.
Minimum 2 years construction experience in mid /high rise development.
Expertise in sound planning with reference to resource and material usage
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields from a reputable university
M.Sc. in Electrical /Mechanical or any other related fields is an added advantage
