Lead, Product Discovery & Engagements at Credit Direct Limited

Job Summary

We seek a passionate and experienced Lead for our Product Discovery and Engagement to drive our efforts in understanding user needs, identifying opportunities, and driving product strategy. You will be a champion for the user, ensuring that our products are not only valuable but also engaging and delightful to use. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of product discovery methodologies, user engagement strategies, and UX research principles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Discovery:
  • Establish and roll out a clear product discovery framework across the organization.
  • Lead user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and A/B testing to understand user needs and behaviours.
  • Study user data, market trends, and competitor analysis to spot opportunities and shape product strategy.
  • Create and update user personas, journey maps, and key documents that clearly show user needs and guide product development.
  • Work hand-in-glove with product managers, designers, and engineers to align product development with user needs and business goals.
• Drive User Engagement:
  • Create and execute strategies that boost user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Set clear metrics to measure user engagement and monitor progress.
  • Test and launch new features to improve user experience and increase engagement.
  • Partner with marketing and customer success teams to enhance user onboarding and support.
• Oversee UX Research:
  • Lead and develop a strong UX research team.
  • Create and maintain effective UX research methods and standards.
  • Weave UX research into every phase of product development.
  • Share research insights clearly with stakeholders and turn findings into concrete product improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, UX research, Growth, Product Marketing or a related field with a strong focus on product discovery and user engagement.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of UX researchers and product professionals.
• Methodology: Strong understanding of product discovery methodologies, such as design thinking, lean startup, and agile development.
• Research Skills: Expertise in various UX research methods, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze user data and extract meaningful insights.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
