Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network planning and design particularly in FTTH or fiber optic networks
Responsibilities
Lead the planning team to develop and deliver designs that meet technical specifications and business goals.
Cost Management and Efficiency
Identify opportunities to reduce CAPEX and OPEX by optimizing network designs and choosing cost effective materials or routes.
Maintain close oversight of budgets preventing cost overruns and ensuring resource allocation aligns with business objectives.
Cross-Departmental Coordination.
Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals timelines and deliverables across departments.
Address and resolve any roadblocks or misalignments between departments to avoid project delays or inefficiencies.
Serve as a liaison to ensure all teams have the information and resources necessary to meet project objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
