Job Description:

• We are looking for a seasoned Lead Instructor for our Business Analysis & Product Management course. This instructor-led program is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to excel in business analysis and product management roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and product strategy, coupled with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Instruction:

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum covering essential topics such as requirements gathering, process modeling, market analysis, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies. Create lesson plans, case studies, and hands-on projects that ensure students gain practical skills applicable to business analysis and product management.

Mentorship and Guidance:

• Mentor students throughout projects, offering guidance on analyzing business needs, defining product requirements, and creating value-driven solutions. Foster an inclusive and interactive learning environment that encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and hands-on application of concepts.

Real-World Project Integration:

• Design real-world projects that allow students to apply business analysis and product management skills in practical scenarios. Oversee project work and provide feedback to help students refine their analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with trends and best practices in business analysis, agile frameworks, and product management, ensuring course content reflects industry standards. Gather and incorporate student feedback to continuously improve course content, delivery, and resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related role.
• Proven teaching or mentorship experience with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., requirements gathering, process mapping) and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, or Productboard).
• Strong understanding of agile and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSPO, or PMP).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Background in curriculum design or educational content development.
