Lead, Creative Designer at Eat'N'Go Limited

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer Lead to drive the visual direction of our brand across motion and static design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, hands-on expertise in animation and visual storytelling, and the ability to lead creative execution across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality motion graphics and static designs for digital, social, and marketing campaigns
• Develop compelling visual concepts and translate ideas into engaging 2D and 3D assets
• Oversee and execute animations, video edits, and graphic designs from concept to delivery
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Provide creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on:

• After Effects
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro for video editing and post-production
• Proven ability to design and animate across both 2D and 3D environments
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and motion principles
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a design role focused on both motion and static graphics. 
• Experience as a graphic designer or in related field or working with corporate brand guidelines across multiple platforms. 
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects (motion graphics) or 3D design software (Cinema 4D or Maya). 
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (static design) or or other video editing software 
• Strong portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work.
