Bachelor’s degree in Law, and certification from the Nigerian Law School
Minimum of 7-10 years work experience in commercial, corporate and/or regulatory environment
MBA/LLM/professional certification will be an added advantage
Experience in aviation will be an added advantage
Job role
Providing continuing counsel and guidance on corporate and legal matters including governance, contracts, property, regulations, taxation and labour
Negotiating, drafting, reviewing and concluding contracts and other policy documents on behalf of the Company
Assessing and advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different business transactions
Advising and ensuring the Company’s standing on legal and regulatory compliance matters, including statutory meetings, filings, training, policies and remittances
Keeping abreast with developments in relevant laws and regulatory policies
Conducting legal research for the benefit of and to provide legal solutions for the Company
Responsible for providing legal protection and services to the Company, its officers and gTalents
