    Lead, Content and Brand Design

    We are seeking a highly creative digital and content specialist to lead our digital marketing and content efforts. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital and content marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence globally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

    Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks and developing & executing content strategies to influence digital efforts. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital and content marketing, art direction, and social media management. Besides being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

    Job Profile: 

    As a digital and content lead, your job responsibilities include the following:

    • Develop and execute strong digital and content plans in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
    • Lead the development of long-term & tactical content strategy, Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept
    • Drive & support product design, creative strategy, communication and art direction of brand across channels and touchpoints; Web, App, Physical customer engagement and Internal staff experience.
    • Own and collaborate with marketing, product and digital teams to plan, develop and optimise content & design for offline campaigns and onsite for SEO and UX
    • Own & build a 360-degree digital strategy, web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, performance and display advertising.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
    • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Brainstorm new and creative digital and content strategies
    • Identify opportunities to implement and then innovate world-class campaigns
    • Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners
    • Liaise with senior stakeholders across the business to generate ideas, create buy in and delivery of the content strategy and associated plans.  Champion the content and creative team within the business.
    • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
    • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences
    • Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI.
    • Working closely with sales and product teams to identify potential growth opportunities.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.


    We would love to meet someone with: 

    • A millennial with a growth mindset. 
    • B.Sc/H.Nd degree in marketing or a related field. 
    • A minimum of 4 years’ of proven working experience in digital and content marketing role in one or more of the following areas: management consulting, private equity, venture capital, Banking and technology.  
    • Minimum of 4-6 years of proven working experience in digital and content marketing role. 
    • A strong background in a strategic marketing or content marketing role. 
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. 
    • A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them. 
    • The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans 
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) 
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) 
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. 
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement 
    • A willingness to fail-forward, learn and grow 
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
    • Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, analysts and product managers 
    • The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives 
    • A hungry, infectious personality: we’re looking for someone determined and able to win 

    Even Better: 

    • Experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to both small & medium-size and enterprise businesses. Experience of content and copy within financial services 
    • Experience of both B2B content delivery and writing. 
    • Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction


    Physical Requirements:  

    We currently run a hybrid work structure; some days are remote while others require you to collaborate with colleagues at the office location. For each situation, you may have: 

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

    This role functions within Zone and reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications
