Lead Administrator

- Experience 4 years
- Location Lagos
- City Lekki
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
Job Description
- Lead and supervise the administrative team.
- Develop and implement administrative policies & procedures to enhance productivity.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory
- Collaborate with various departments to support their administrative needs.
- Collaborate with HR in managing related
- administrative tasks.
- Prepare and monitor the departmental budget.
- Ensure effective data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. Relevant Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- At least 4 years experience in similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
