Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Lawyer (5–10 years post-call) with proven competence in both litigation and corporate practice.
• The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex legal matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters independently, including case preparation, court appearances, and follow-ups.
• Provide legal advisory services on corporate and commercial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and advisory functions.
• Offer strategic input on risk management and compliance issues.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and external parties professionally and effectively.

Requirements

• 5–10 years post-call experience with demonstrable expertise in litigation and corporate practice.
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision while handling multiple matters.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 Monthly.
