Land Surveyor at ADKAN Services

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in land surveying or related role.
• Proficient in the use of surveying instruments and tools (e.g., Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, GIS).
• Strong knowledge of surveying methods, property boundaries, construction layouts, and mapping.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and legal documents relating to land titles and boundaries.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Must be registered with the appropriate professional body (e.g., SURCON).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on site.
