DEPARTMENT: Production

RESPONSIBLE TO: Production In-Charge (Lamination)

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Shift Production

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To Manage The Production Of The Shift.

TASK PERFORMED:

• To Ensure Produce The Laminates As Per Required Quality Standards And Instructed Production Schedule.
• To Ensure The Pour The Adhesive As Per Specification As Per Instruction.
• Run The Machine At The Optimum Output With Good Quality
• Focus On Minimum Wastage
• To Meet The Shift Target.
• To Maintain Production Log Book And Parameter Log Sheet As Per Job
• Check The Deviation And Visual Defect Ie. Spackling, Adhesive Line, And Other Defects In The Final Roll.
• To Ensure The Quality Of The Final Roll From Q.A.
• Following GMP

CONTACT/INTERACTION:

• Liaises Continuously With Production Incharge And Production Staff.

• Qualification: SSCE
• Experience: 2-15years Experience
