To drive deposit mobilization through daily savings (thrift) collection method.

Job Details

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquire new clients (specified savings account opening) 
• Daily visit to clients (market, shop, etc.) to collect savings. 
• Actively plan routine visits to minimize cost of operations 
• Ensure clients are treated well and fair (clients are Kings and Queens). 
• Be aware of competitors and strive to outdo them in catchment areas. 
• Ensure correct reconciliation and reporting of activities to supervisors. 

General 

• Manage clients complaints 
• To maintain and expand LAPO MfBs brand at all times. 
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Education:

• NCE/OND in any finance. Marketing, IT/Computer science related course. Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage. 

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant customer relationship and marketing function and knowledgeable with the use of a computer device (smartphone or tablet).
