Kitchen Assistant at Rubels & Angels

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, and ensure they are properly stored.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing food supplies and ingredients.
• Dispose of waste and handle cleaning duties, including mopping and sanitizing surfaces.
• Help plate and present dishes under the direction of the kitchen staff.
• Refill cooking stations with necessary supplies during service hours.
• Follow all kitchen procedures and cooperate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
