Key Stage One Team Lead at CLH Recruit

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Education or a related field..
• Postgraduate qualification in Education or Educational Leadership is an added advantage..
• Minimum of 5 years' teaching experience with at least 2 years' experience as a Team Lead or Coordinator.
• TRCN certification is compulsory.

Other Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the EYS and Key Stage One British Curriculum.
• Proven experience leading teachers and improving classroom practice.
• Excellent instructional coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Experience conducting lesson observations and providing constructive feedback.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management expertise.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
