    Key Account Manager (Sales)

    Job Description

    • Search and Visit the market, to explore business opportunities;
    • Collect customer information;
    • Analyze customers' needs and develop customer strategies;
    • Communicate and negotiate with customers to reach business cooperate relationships;
    • Maintain customer relationships and improve sales performance;
    • Follow up on customer’s payment;
    • Achieve the sales targets set by the company on quality, quantity, and time;
    • Complete various reports, meetings, and other sales-related work required by the company.

    Skills Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant fields; Master’s degree preferred.
    • 8 to 12 years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Goal-oriented, organized team player
    • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
    • In-depth understanding of company key customers and their position in the industry
    • Eager to expand the company with new sales, customers, and territories
