As the Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by managing relationships with public sector clients. Your role involves delivering tailored technology solutions covering IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized technology solutions that meet client needs.
• Navigate public sector procurement processes with a focus on compliance.
• Achieve sales targets, foster revenue growth, and efficiently manage account pipelines.
• Engage cross-functionally with technical, legal, finance, and delivery teams for seamless operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in key account management or sales, with at least 3 years dedicated to public sector clients.
• Demonstrated track record in selling intricate tech solutions.
• Profound knowledge of public sector procurement, RFP/RFQ processes, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and consultative selling.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
