    Key Account Manager

    Job Description

    • The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering tailored technology solutions to meet client needs.
    • The role involves managing key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and ensuring seamless delivery of services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service.
    • Understand clients’ business needs, industry trends, and challenges to provide strategic solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
    • Develop account strategies and sales plans to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and product teams) to deliver client-focused solutions.
    • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports on account health and revenue performance.
    • Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and renewals to maximize profitability.
    • Conduct regular account reviews and business meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position FPG as a trusted partner.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields (MBA is an advantage).
    • 4–6 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in IT solutions or technology industries.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
