Role Description

• This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Telemarketer based in Port Harcourt.
• The Junior Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting product information, and generating sales leads.
• Responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer database software
• Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
