    Junior Supply Chain Officer

    About the Role:

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Supply Chain Officer to support our Senior Supply Chain Officer in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and efficient flow of goods and information across the supply chain.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Senior Supply Chain Officer by providing timely and accurate updates on supply chain data and activities.
    • Prepare and submit regular inventory status reports showing products available in the warehouse, port, or GIT (Goods in Transit).
    • Record and report movement of goods in and out of the warehouse as directed.
    • Assist in linking invoicing data to goods movement and customer purchases.
    • Track and update the status of Goods in Transit shipments and share complete data with the team.
    • Assist with coordination between vendors, freight forwarders, and customs agents. Support tracking and follow-up on shipment statuses to prevent delays.
    • Support delivery scheduling and documentation with customers, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
    • Assist in preparing GIT insurance and verifying truck and driver documents before dispatch.
    • Record all inbound and outbound goods in real time and help maintain accurate stock reports matching physical counts.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate, Bachelor’s degree/HND in related field
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar operational role.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Good understanding of Inventory control processes.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
