Role Description:

• We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Lagos. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and remote work.
• The Junior Quantity Surveyor will be essential in managing costs for construction projects, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and delivering cost-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cost control, management, and reporting to maintain project budget integrity.
• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and provide cost planning.
• Conduct construction cost analysis to support sustainable and budget-friendly project execution.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure cost efficiency and project success.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in cost control, cost management, and cost reporting.
• Experience with BOQ preparation, cost planning, and construction cost estimation.
• Knowledge of construction practices in Nigeria.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
