Junior Quantity Surveyor at Adozillion Homes & Realty

Job Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with 1-2 years’ experience who will provide commercial assistance to the projects and operationsteams.
• The duties will involve assisting and supporting the Operational Managers, Estimators and Quantity Surveyors with the commercial function to the projects, namely; applications for payment; identification measurement and valuation of variations; subcontract accounts, monthly P&L reporting, debt management and estimating.

Requirements

• Resident of Lekki/Ajah or environs ONLY
• A Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in the construction industry
• Professional certification (or in-view) is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Project and email/internet.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and manner.
• Good adaptation, organizational and multi-tasking skills, with keen eyefor details.
• Friendly yet professional manner. A good teamworker
• Strong analytical skills, with high level of accuracy in calculations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
