As the Junior Product Manager, you will support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital financial products.
Responsibilities
Support product initiatives from discovery through launch, translating business needs into clear user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready documentation
Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to manage product tickets, sprint priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Conduct product research, competitor analysis, user feedback reviews, and data analysis to identify product improvements and opportunities
Support product testing, quality assurance, feature validation, production monitoring, and third-party/API integrations
Maintain product documentation and support initiatives across payments, cross-border transfers, KYC/KYB, fiat and stablecoin wallets, cards, and other financial products.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role.
Experience or strong exposure to Fintech, Payments, Banking, Cryptocurrency, Stablecoins, or Financial Services is highly desirable.
Good understanding of Agile product development, product requirements, KYC / KYB, payments, wallets, cards, and API integrations.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Slack, and analytics platforms.
