Junior Product Manager at AjoCard Limited

Job Description 

• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services. 
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience on products, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow the market, share and improve customer experience and drive growth. 
• Report product feedback updates across the different teams where necessary.
• Liaise with support and sales to constantly get feedback on pain points experienced on internal and external products
• Create PRDs and Wireframes for products to be built. 
• Handle support raised tickets to ensure resolve.
• Ensure that valuable features, enhancements and bug fixes are prioritized and shipped making thoughtful product decisions along the way and sharing insights with the rest of the company. 
• Monitor key performance indicators and user feedback for continuous iterations. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related courses
• Minimum of 2years work experience as a product manager in a fintech company 
• Should be able to use tools like miro, Jira, whimsical, figma, balsamiq, Draw.io. 
• Should be conversant with the fintech ecosystem.
